Practical HSE support for your business
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) covers how a business protects people at work and manages the environmental effects of its activities. A useful HSE system connects site conditions with clear procedures, staff responsibilities and follow-up.
STC supports business owners, facility managers and operational teams in Cambodia with workplace assessments and practical improvement plans. We start with your activities, existing controls and the issues your people face. Recommendations reflect the site and the resources available.

What your team receives
Depending on the agreed assignment, outputs may include a findings report, a prioritized action register, working procedures, inspection tools and a management review summary. Each proposal identifies the documents, visits and support included.
A report is only useful when people know what to do with it. We discuss recommendations with your team and agree who owns each action. Your management retains responsibility for implementing and maintaining workplace controls.
Common questions
Can STC help us build an HSE system from the beginning?
Yes. We can define a project to assess your workplace, establish procedures and reporting tools, and support implementation. The scope depends on your operations and current practices.
Is this a certification service?
These services focus on assessments, procedures and improvement support. Accredited certification, specialist testing or technical approvals require a separately agreed scope and appropriately qualified providers.
Can staff training follow the assessment?
Yes. Corporate HSE training can address the risks and knowledge gaps identified during an assessment.
